Terms of Use

1. Who we are
B2AI Academy is the educational platform of Bridging2.ai, operated by T. Ambrogi Ribas Branco Calgievicz Otto (Ottootto AI Agency & Consulting), registered under Brazilian company ID (CNPJ) 63.053.667/0001-72 ("we", "B2AI"). These Terms govern access to and use of the platform available at academy.bridging2.ai.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the platform, you state that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
3. Account and access
- Access is personal and non-transferable. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- Team and Corporate plans follow the number of seats contracted; each seat corresponds to one user.
- Sharing credentials or reselling access can result in suspension without a refund.
4. Plans, pricing, and payment
- The prices in effect are the ones shown on the plans page at the time of purchase.
- Payment is processed by a checkout partner (e.g., Eduzz), who issues the invoice. We accept Pix, credit card (including installments), and boleto (Brazilian bank slip), subject to availability.
- Access is released after payment is confirmed.
5. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle (annual or monthly), at your plan's price at the time you signed up, unless adjustments are communicated in advance. You can cancel anytime, before the renewal date, through your account or our support channels, to avoid being charged for the next cycle. We'll notify you before each renewal.
6. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
- Withdrawal (7 days): under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you can withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days of the purchase, with a full refund of the amount paid.
- Canceling renewal: anytime. Cancellation stops future charges; access remains active until the end of the already-paid cycle, with no prorated refund after the withdrawal period.
- Any additional guarantees (e.g., a results guarantee) follow the conditions announced in the offer.
7. Content, community, and bonuses
- Live sessions, recordings, agents, workflows, and other materials are offered as part of the subscription and may be updated, added, or discontinued over time.
- Launch bonuses (e.g., lifetime access to partner products like Nutron) follow the specific conditions announced at the time of the offer.
- Participating in the community requires respectful conduct. We reserve the right to remove members who violate the community guidelines.
8. Intellectual property
All platform content (lessons, texts, diagrams, agents, workflows, brand, and software) is protected by copyright and belongs to B2AI or its licensors. You're granted a personal, limited, and revocable license to use it for learning purposes. Reproducing, distributing, reselling, or creating derivative works without authorization is forbidden.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, not to try to bypass access controls, not to bulk-extract content, and not to harm the operation of the service or of other users.
10. Limitation of liability
The content is for educational purposes. B2AI doesn't guarantee specific business results, which depend on how each user applies it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months before the event.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or on the platform itself. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The consumer's home jurisdiction is elected to resolve any disputes, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
